Global Game Jam 2026 – Jakobstad Campus Allegro

Join us at Campus Allegro in Jakobstad for Global Game Jam 2026! Everyone aged 18+ is welcome—no prior experience needed. Create a digital game, board game, or card game in a fun weekend jam where you meet students and local developers, find collaborators, and build something new together. Teams will be formed via the jam site, so you can join solo and still be matched with others.

The venue opens Friday Jan 30 at 17:00 and the jam ends Sunday Feb 1 at 18:00. The site is closed at night (~23:00–9:00). We’ll have snacks, drinks, coffee and tea available throughout the event, plus pizza on Saturday.

Bring your own laptop/computer. Materials for board game creation are available, along with power extension cords and free Wi‑Fi. Participation is free, capacity is limited to 50—register via Eventbrite to secure your spot:
