”Walking with the elements” – a contemplative walk with artist Sandra Cowan. It is a slow, silent, contemplative walk with pauses for contemplations to connect and relate to the elements (water, fire, earth, air). At the end there is some time for a little drawing or writing and sharing of experiences if people want. Sandra Cowan (canada) participates in the August session of Kristinestad Artists' Residency.
